There is a plugin by the name “WordPress Hosting Benchmark tool” —- it does great.

However when using W3 Total Cache’s Object Caching be it any – Redis, Memcached, APCu, etc. all of them fails on the TEST with red zero score for object caching.

Even on the site where W3 is used where queries are successfully cached and monitored with Query Monitor, the test Object caching test fails.

Can you please check whats the problem is —- as while using other Object caching plugins such as: —- Redis Object Cache, Object Cache Pro, APCu Manager, SQLite Object Cache, etc.. WP Benchmark shows results for Object caching.

I liked everything about W3 Total Cache plugin.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello @unrealnfs

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
I do not have any experience with this plugin, and I am unsure how this is measured.

I’ve tested this and yes, you are correct, however, I cannot specify why this is being reported, as in the Site health section in WP in can see that a persistent object cache is being used
Can you please check in your wp-admin Tools>Site health and check if a persistent object cache is being used or not.

    Thanks!

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your response.

Yes, i checked the “site health” – it shows that Object Caching is in place and i also monitored a Redis tool, it was also showing that the Redis was been utilized during the Benchmark was run.

So, i believe, its just a glitch.

    Thanks.

    God bless.

W3 Total Cache is great. I am leaving a positive review right away. Cheers.
