Object Cache Pro plugin appears to be installed

Hi, there is a warning in the plugin settings, similar to this:
The Object Cache Pro plugin appears to be installed and should be used. You can safely uninstall Redis Object Cache.
But I do not have this Object Cache Pro plugin installed, can I ignore this and activate the cache?
