    Hi, I downloaded and installed your plugin on my WordPress site with Litespeed server, unfortunately I’m encountering the problem that the server is unable to connect, can you kindly tell me how to resolve the situation?

    please check with your hosting provider to make sure that you have redis or Memcached active and running , and what is their IP:port

    they say that my chosen package does not include redis or mamecached, so what should I do? turn off object cache?

    yes, if it doesn’t have such , then please keep them turned off
