Object cache

Hello.
In Site Health, I get the following message:
“You should use a persistent object cacheProductivity.
The persistent object cache makes the site database run more efficiently, resulting in better load times because WordPress can retrieve your site’s content and settings much faster.”
Do I need to enable this feature when the wp optimize cache is enabled and how can I enable it with this plugin?
