ob_start/ob_gzhandler error?

No matter which theme I am using, I get this whenever I go to my website for the first time. If I refresh or go to it again later it goes away. However, it’s something everyone would see on first arrival and I hate that.

I can’t code my way out of a paper bag – heck, I can’t code my way out of an imaginary bag – so I was wondering if someone may have had this problem and knows how to fix it?
