• Hello,

    We run Google Analyticator on nearly all of our sites. Today, our server manager upgraded. Here is what he sent us to let us know what he did:

    I am going to rebuild your PHP with a newer version and switch the PHP handler. Your current PHP handler (SUPHP) is not as efficient as mod_ruid2. This should not impact your scripts unless they have issues with PHP 5.3. WordPress runs fine on PHP 5.3.

    Once he did this, all of our sites with Analyticator got this error:

    <strong>Warning: require_once(service/Google_Utils.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/usernam/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-api-php-client/src/auth/Google_OAuth2.php on line 20

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'service/Google_Utils.php' (include_path='GA1.2.929122581.1384895049') in /home/usernam/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analyticator/google-api-php-client/src/auth/Google_OAuth2.php on line 20</strong>

    We are not running Multi-site (which makes this support ticket different than the one created a few hours ago). Everything was working fine until the PHP was upgraded. We’re working on reverting it back, because again… About 90% of our sites use this plugin. ??

    Any insight on why this problem is happening would be great.
