oAuth Validation not validatiing, HubSpot for Gravity Forms

I’m trying to validate our HubSpot settings by clicking on the “Click Here to Authenticate” button on the HubSpot Settings screen, but it is not working.
When I click the button, it goes to the HubSpot login page. After I log in, I select the service that I need to use, and then I’m redirected back to the same HubSpot Settings screen, and the error message is still displayed: “HubSpot won’t work for Gravity Forms until your settings are successfully validated.”
If I go into a form, I can see that there is no HUbSpot connection. I’m not getting any errors when I try to authenticate, but it’s obviously not working.
I’m using the latest version of WP, latest version of the plugin, and PHP 5.6.5.

Since we’re dealing with this via Email, I am going to mark this thread as resolved… but as we currently stand, for those who have a similar issue:
the GuzzleHTTP library is using cURL and the error in our GF_HUBSPOT_DEBUG error log states that the SSL certificate could not be validated.
