Great plugin…I set up the wizard for OAuth2.0 and everything went along fine, until it asked me to grant permission to Google. When I did that, it redirected my back to the admin and said that I still needed to grant permission to Google. It said Oauth was setup correctly, just needed to grant permission. Any ideas how to proceed here? Should I delete the google api project and start again? Thanks

That’s odd, this mean the plugin didn’t see the grant code come back from Google. Is there anything unusual about your site?

I am having the exact same problem with my site…. My emails were not going through correctly from my Gravity Forms plugin and Bluehost was getting picky about whatever, so I installed this plugin to resolve the problems… But the plugin is stuck. It finds all the info correctly as I go through the admin and I set up the client ID and so forth as it directs. It completes admin but keeps telling me I need to authorize Google. I authorize it but there is no success message. Instead it just takes me back to the plugin menu and the same message that I need to authorize google. I don’t think there is anything unusual about my site, but you are welcome to take a look. https://junelily.com.

Do you want the “diagnostic code”?

I would suggest disabling all other plugins and using the default theme until authentication is complete. It’s possible that your site is running code that is mangling the response from Google.

    That worked thanks.

I also had to do that to get the authorization completed. No idea which plugins were conflicting – too many to test.

    Hello,

I have same issue. disabled all plugins, activate twenty fourteen theme.
But no success. Another website on same server is working correct.

I have also tried password authentication, then i receive following message:
Please log in via your web browser and then try again.

Do you have some other suggestions?
