oauth box not appear in facebook app

HI thank you for this great plugin
i use this plugin to login to a wordpress contest to be used as facebook tab and it works fine but the permission box not appear for the users it log them automatically without oauth box appear

please advice urgently i’m afraid the facebook close my page
