Thank you for your patience @markowp and thanks for the information. Now we know that the problem is not related to your UPS account, but to your WordPress/server configuration.

As for API connection errors, based on early customer feedback, the most common issues like this are conflicts with other plugins, often security plugins, which have built-in scanners that might incorrectly block our API connection. Would you be so kind and let me know whether you use plugins for security, cache etc.? You may send me a list of all the plugins you use on the store. You don’t have to rewrite them, you can in WooCommerce Settings -> Status, download the system status and send to me.

For further troubleshooting, could you please disconnect UPS API, try to authorize once again and enable UPS debug mode?

Hi @kubapawlik, I turned on debug mode, but where I can download log files? I looked at WC > Status > Logs but I didn’t notice anything UPS related. I have webhooks-delivery and webhooks-logger. Also, I don’t see the option to upload file here? Thanks, Marko

Debug mode should display itself in cart or checkout.

Debug mode can be enabled in UPS settings:

If it does not display, then:
1) You need to change the number of items in the cart or, for example, the delivery address. Then debug mode should be triggered.
2) Your theme blocks the display of debug mode. You should temporarily change to a theme that is 100% compatible with our plugins, i.e., Storefront.
