O365 emails containing a URL time out

    I use this plugin with O365 email on a number of sites. Very approximately 1/6 of emails fail to send for various reasons, some of which may be related to our server’s security settings.

    The majority do send successfully when I click on Retry; however, any email that contains a URL will not send even with repeated retries.

    Update: Actually, many emails with links do go through. I’m trying alternative subject lines and recipient names in the name <email> format.

    The emails that won’t resend:

    1. always contain a link to a protected file (gives 403 error if unauthenticated)
    2. always have server response: code 422, cURL error 28 timed out after 5001 ms

    Changing the subject line and recipient name/email format didn’t appear to make a difference.
