logged in users with same username 20 different IPs

    When I go to logged in users, I have the same username and 20 different IP addresses. I am on Cloudflare CDN so not sure if that is the reason because when I force logout, I get logged out.

    What setting did you choose on the following page?
    WP Security >> Advanced Settings >> IP Retrieval Settings

    As you are using cloudflare, we recommend that you choose the following from the IP Retrieval Settings :
    HTTP_CF_CONNECTING_IP

    I changed this and I have now over 200 different IP the same username.
