I discovered multiple issues in the last few weeks due to customer complaints that have forced me to revert to 1.13.1. I disabled all other plugins in an attempt to find any conflicts, but nothing worked. My site is running WooCommerce 5.3.0, WordPress 5.7.2 , and PHP 8.

1.) After login in and selecting a shipping address, it says “[Business Name] Can’t Ship to CA!”. It does this for all shipping locations, thus rendering the plugin completely inoperable since it won’t let you select any shipping address.

2.) If the “can’t ship to error” doesn’t show up, it will send you to the checkout page with the message “Something went wrong with your session. Please log in again”.

3.) In the main settings menu for the plugin, the “Display Options” settings are no longer there. There’s no on the 2.0 and later versions to position the cart button as a “banner” at the top. It forces you to have it at the bottom of the cart page near the checkout button.

    Hey @wooq123

    Hope you are doing well!

    Answering your points:

    1) Issue being fixed by development team, fix is going to be available on next release

    2) did you test it by changing your theme to for example “Storefront”?

    3) on V2 the option to display as a banner is not available.

    Let us know.

    Best,
    Christian

    Hey there,

Since we haven’t heard back from the OP in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Best,
    Christian
