numerous css files in cache folder

    All-in-one Event Calendar creates numerous css files in folder cache.
    Every day 10 – 20 files are added all 465 kB in size. And these files are not deleted after some time and eat up the server space.

    What causes this and how do I prevent or limit this.
    The issue is metioned on the support forum of Time.ly but no solution is given.

    This site uses WP 3.7.1 and AIOEC: 2.1.9
