    Please share the publicly visible filter page link if possible, or check if there is any JS error in the dev tool.

    I think the issue you are facing is related to a known JavaScript bug, that is already fixed at our end but not published yet but the fix is being used by our beta users since last some weeks, so I recommend that you update to our beta release by downloading it from below google drive link and updating to it at your site.
