Numbers not showing in order

  • Hi there,

    Please see ‘Tool Size’ part of product filter on the link (located in Header and on left sidebar of page.

    The measurements are only partially showing numerically. it starts at 2.00mm but should start at 0.60mm. As you can see there are lower numbers near the bottom. I’ve set the filter to sort by Number and Ascending. Can you please advise?

    The Tool Sizes are Product Attributes, if that helps.

    Hi Cathy,

    Please make sure the Attribute’s Order by is set by “Name”, if it’s not working like that, please let us know.

    I’ve reset to Name (it was on Count) it is still not running in order however.

    It’s fine for the most part but after 1.75mm it jumps to 10.00mm/12.00mm/15.00mm then jumps back to 2.00mm.

    Tool Size filter can be viewed on page itself and in menu item.

    Hi Cathy,

    How I see now it is ordered correctly, but there’s one issue, the Name will count the first letter, so 2.5 will come after 15, because 15, starts with “1”: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu047AN it can be fixed if you rename 1 to 01, 2 to 02,…09 so 10 will come after 09, if that’s not an option, please contact us directly via email at [email protected] so we can investigate this issue further on your site.
