Numbers instead of Previous/Next

Instead of the standard Previous/Next Post that WordPress inserts on a Post is there any way of having something like Post 1 2 3 4 5 and then you can click on the number to taje you to the relevant post? I’ve hunted around for a plugin but can’t find one.
