I am having a somewhat similar problem with numbers. When I insert the manual translation that was translated by the native speaking owner of the company and save then close the “Success” dialog box, the translation displays the manual version as I entered it. But when I then close the edit interface, it displays different numbers more similar to the automatic translation?.? which then wrongly changes the meaning.
Example:
