Numbers aren’t incrementing anymore

    For some strange reason the software is not generating unique numbers anymore.

    Here is my code from the quote request page. The number is always the same.

    This started happening about 2 weeks ago.

    I’ve had the issue of the same number appearing 2-3 times if the form is filled in on the same day. How can I rectify this please?
