Numbers added to end of url

A series of numbers are being added to each blog. Here’s an example:
https://site.successtelevision.biz/leadershipskills/index.php/human-resources/ask-the-one-question-to-find-the-best-talent/#.Up6Pk9JDuf8The same numbers are at the end of the url for each blog.
How do I get rid of them?
Just found a great post that gave this information and it worked!
“That code is added by address bar tracking. You can disable it by going to the advanced tab of the AddThis settings page and unchecking the Track address bar shares checkbox: https://i.imgur.com/SPuV4.png
