    Hello,

    On the mobile version of my website there are numbers under the newsletter subscription buttons, when I refresh the page other numbers appear again. I’ve already tried a few things in the settings, but it won’t go away. What could this be and how can I make sure they are no longer visible?

    Unfortunately, Cleantalk has not been able to solve the problem yet.

    It would be a cache issue, but we have already looked at it extensively and we do not find the cause of the problem in the cache.

    It is a problem that occurs on the mobile version, we have also indicated that. You are talking about the desktop version where the problem does not occur.

    Is there another option that could cause this problem? Something isn’t right.

    @lifestyletrading Unfortunately, we are not able to repeat the issue. Please specify which device and which browser you are using.

    Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the error. If you haven’t tried it yet, please try:

    – deactivate our plugin;

    – clear the browser cache in your device.

    Any changes?

    We have already done all this, cleared cache and so on. The problem remains. If we deactivate the Cleantalk plugin, the problem is gone.
