Numbering overlaps code

    Hi! Thanks for this useful plugin. Makes my life alot easier.
    One thing sorta annoying me – line numbering overlaps code a bit so I have to turn it off every time. I’d add a checkbox to default it to on/off to Advanced section.
    I realize it might be certain plugins I am using that cause such behaviour
