Number used to register blocked at checkout

  • BUG: The number used to register cannot be used at checkout. Error message reads “Sorry, this phone number is already in use. Please login”. Plugin checkout settings: Enable OTP verification (checked). OTP verification for existing users (checked). Woocommerce default Billing Phone (Disable & merge with OTP field). Walk-through: Register as new user with OTP. Once logged in, add item to cart & try to checkout.

    Hi,

    I still got this problem. Newest version downloaded from my account but I don’t see any option for “OTP verification for existing users”?

    When I tested, if a phone number registered user tries to checkout, nothing happens, if I try to press checkout button several times, the checkout might work without any notification to the user.

    Please help.
