    Anyone who has access to WP All Import has complete super-admin access to your site, no matter what you do to limit their user account’s capabilities. For this reason we recommend against allowing untrusted users access to WP All Import.

    The trusted user will be the end client. My question is if I can use WP All import to do the job.

    I’m not sure exactly how you’d like this to work. What do you mean by ‘input a number plate and then have the xml feed populate a woocommerce product’?

    With WP All Import you can use custom functions, which you can read about here: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/execute-php/

    And you can save and reuse import templates.
