Number only field with min and max lengths

    Hi – I am in need of a field type that ONLY allows numbers (0-9) and can be set to min and max lengths.
    I have several fields on the same form that I need this for, such a zip code (exactly 5 digits only) and I have several phone number fields on the same form that need to be exactly 10 digits. Ironically the existing “number” and “tel” field types allows for letters and other characters and it also does not handle the maxlength attribute (I’ve tried).

    I’ve tried several scripts I found but none of them can do digits only AND min max lengths AND accommodate more than one field needing this.

    Surely hoping someone out here must have figure this out? I can’t be the only one lol!

    Hello,
    Thanks for your feature requests. You can set a min and max lengths of a number using our Range slider addon for contact form 7. And other field types are not available in our plugins. But we may add them in the future.

    I was using range slider. It has only min value and max value. I need a increasing steps value.. like if I set the value to 5 then the sliding number will increase according to 5. like 5 then 10 then 15. So sliding steps value , thats what I want.. how can I achieve this please ?
