Number of Times Abandoned Excessive

    I have been using Abandoned Cart Lite a short time with my store, but in Product Report its showing Number of Times Abandoned on some products in excess of 1200 (like the page linked product). There’s no way we tested that much, and the products have only been live since February. Any explanation for this?

    Hi @blaisen,

    Can you please let us know how many abandoned orders are there on your site and how many of them are visitor carts where the user’s email address is not entered?

    If there are fewer abandoned orders of guests and registered users and high number of abandoned carts are of visitor carts then there is a possibility that spam carts are coming on your site. So in that case, we will recommend you to disable the “Start tracking from Cart page” setting located at Abandoned Carts -> Settings page and monitor for the next few days whether still, the product is abandoned huge number of times or not.
