    Hi,

    Just want to let you know there is some bug with number of tickets field logic. I had set the limit to ’20’ tickets, however, ended up selling 24!

    Please could you check this.

    Also cannot purchase tickets as it turns out, checkout page redirects back to event

    We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. Because we have not received any such issue from any client. Looks like it’s conflicting with other plugins or something.

    We will suggest you do deactivate all plugins one by one from your site and set a default theme to check if your system is working correctly or not. After trying all these things, if your problem is not solved then, It would be great if you follow our PINNED post and reach us more. So that, we can help you more with it.

    I also faced the same issue.

    I have set ticket count as 100 and already 2 tickets has been sold. And it shows 98 tickets remaining. It’s good.

    But, when I made a slight update on events e.g. Event date, and registration time, it resets the ticket count to 100 although the attendees are on the list. Again 2 tickets are sold and the ticket count shows 98 tickets remaining. But in the attendee list, I can see there is 4 tickets sold.

    This is major bug of this plugin I think.
