    Currently on 5 reviews are displayed on the review page.
    How do I change it?

    Use the display option: [site_reviews display="10"]

    Please read the shortcode documentation on the Help page.

    Since you are using Elementor, you can also use the provided Elementor widgets instead of the shortcodes.
