Number of reviews / Average rating

  • Hi,
    our review widget is configured correctly including refresh option toggled on and is conected to the Google API.
    Nevertheless in the overview section there is shown “Last updated: 23 days ago”.
    In the meanwhile a new review has been submitted but the total number of reviews and the average star rating do not reflect that correctly.
    I understand that Google returns only 5 reviews. But the total number of reviews and the average star rating should be updated, otherwise a dynamic widget would not make any sense.
    Could you support please.

    Hi @mirkodii,

    Yes, we have an issue on some sites which uses a cache or CDN plugins. Currently we prepare a new release with a fix of it.

    However, you can update your reviews manually if you create some new (temporary) widget and connect your Google place again, the reviews will be updated.
