Number of registered attendees not displayed in Registration Report

    After enabling the “Places” and “Show box to add more names if number attending is greater than 1” settings, is there a way to be able to view the number of places a particular registrant has signed up for? I can see the total number of registered parties, but not how many for each registrant. I have to rely on them entering the correct # of names in the free form field.

  • I’ve just registered 3 people for an event and the number places and their names all show in the registration report. So I’m a bit confused about what’s not working for you.

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    Soon after I posted this, it started working exactly as intended. I’m not sure if I just needed to clear some cache since I was testing several different user types and events, making on-the-fly changes to settings in my sandbox.

    So I assume that it should just include the # of spots reserved automatically once you enable the “Places” setting?

    It’s been designed so that the number of attendees/places is calculated from the registration submitted information. so yes it is automatic as you suggested.
