    Hello!

I need help to set a specific amount of prices shown on the page that I have posted in this message. For this website it is only possible for me to add the different rooms together with age and price this way (the way that is showned in the link). I want to know how I can change the amount of prices that can be shown at each single trip? Now all of them are showing which is not very nice.

And I also have another question that is similiar to this one. When I add all the prices on more than one trip, it only shows on one trip. The prices doesn’t show on the other one..Why is that and how can I solve it?

    Best regards Emma Mattsson, Sweden

    Hello @emsidan,

I am sorry but we don’t have an option to enable/disbale the pricing category for particular trip. If you don’t want to display ceratin pricing category then you can leave the price field empty of that particular pricing category.

Further, if you have added the price on more than one trip then the price should be displayed fine. Also, please make sure that you have added the price to the main/primary pricing category. Check here.

    Thank you.

So If I understand it right, I cannot only display one pricing on the single trip page? Because now all of the pricings are showing.

How does it work if the different trips all have different primary prices? I would like to dispay different prices on each trip but I havn’t managed to do that.

    Hello @emsidan,

I am sorry but I am not confused with your question.

If you want to have different primary pricing on a different trip then you can just edit the trip and add the required price for each trip.

Just edit the trip and change the price of the primary pricing category. Check here.

All the trips won’t have the same primary pricing category.

Can you please explain your requirement in more detail?

And if you want to display only one pricing means you want to display the primary pricing category? If yes, then you can leave the price field of other pricing categories empty(not 0). Check here.

    Thank you.

    Hello!

    Display pricings:

The trip is a city and then the package is the hotel, wihtin the package there is different pricing and age options. So I need to include all of the different prices and ages when booking. I tried only displaying one price on the single trip page (the primary one) but then all the other ones when booking (after Check availability) was gone. So my biggest problem there is that when I add the prices of each age, all of the options are showing on the single trip page besides the picture of the trip. That is not so very nice looking and that is why I wanted to change it to showing only one price BUT that all of the prices/age options are shown when booking the package. I hope you understand me better now.

The website is not yet on english but I hope you understand what I mean if I post the link here. On this you can see all of the prices/age options that I don’t want to display.

    Primary pricing category:

The suggestion you had doesn’t work for me unfortunately..I tried setting a sales price like you showed in the link but nothing happens. If you visit this page there is only one price showing and that is for Canazei v.8..

    https://wordpress-784034-2731855.cloudwaysapps.com/index.php/destination/

When adding new prices and age options under Pricing categories (Under Trips) there is a check mark box that says ”If checked, this category will be treated as primary pricing category in packages and trip price will be the price of this category.” But when I check that one, only one trip get a primary price.

    Hello @emsidan,

I hope I have understood you correctly. Do you want to add the price to the other pricing category but don’t want to display them on the booking form and want to display them when selecting the dates?

If yes, then for a quick fix, please try adding below custom CSS.

    .widget-area .wpte-booking-area .wpte-bf-price-wrap .wpte-bf-price:not(:first-child) {
        display: none;
    }

    Thank you.

Thank you so much! It worked out.

So now the next issue that I explanied before is the pricing categories. I have tried to set sales prices but it didn’t work. As you can see in my link, https://wordpress-784034-2731855.cloudwaysapps.com/index.php/destination/ there is only one trip that is showing its prices.

When adding new prices and age options under Pricing categories (Under Trips) there is a check mark box that says ”If checked, this category will be treated as primary pricing category in packages and trip price will be the price of this category.” But when I check that one, only one trip get a primary price.

    How can I solve this?

    Hello @emsidan,

I havea checked the issue on my local machine and the price is displayed fine. Check here.

Can you please send me the screenshot of the Sales price that you have added on that particular trip on which the price is shown as 0?

Also, can you please try to create a New Trip ( not by cloning ) and check the issue?

    Thank you.

The problem is that only one price is showing on the page where all of the trips are showing. Check here.

I have created different pricings on the page Pricing categories and I have set one of the prices as a primary category. As you can see on the picture, I tried putting the different pricing categories under their own categories but I still couldn’t set more than one primary pricing category. Check here.

Then I went to the Trips page and created a package for Canazei v.8. Under the link Edit pricing and dates of the package, all of the different pricing categories are showing even though I have chosen Canazei v.8, check here. It seems like all categories belong to the same package, but I want packages that include only the pricing categories that belong to that trip.

How and what can I change in these pictures so that I can display several prices on the trips page (shown in the first photo link)? I think it might be a problem from the Pricing categories because I can only choose one pricing to be primary.

    Hello @emsidan,

I am sorry but you got confused with the pricing category and packages.

Basically, on the WTE plugin, you can only set one pricing category as primary. You can’t set multiple pricing categories as primary.

So, for this, you need to have the price on the primary pricing category for the booking form to be displayed and the price on the trip listing is shown based on the primary pricing category. So, you must have the price added to the primary pricing categories on all the trips/packages.

And when you add the packages, then you will be able to see all the pricing categories and if you add the price on those pricing categories then only this will be displayed on the booking form/while selecting the number of travelers.

If you are still not clear, please let me know for further assistance.

    Thank you.

I have a new problem…When I add the prices for each pricning category (on the trip page) and then update the trip page, the information of the prices go away and the heading goes from the name (for example Kids) to ”Label”. Check here. It worked perfectly fine before..

The prices doesn’t show when booking the trip either. Check here.

Do you know why it does this?

    Hello @emsidan,

Are you sure that you have activated the latest version of the plugin? Also, please make sure to clear the cache if you have installed any cache plugins and check the issue again.

Also, I have checked the issue on my local system and it’s working fine.

And can you please check if you are seeing any console errors? You can enter the F12 key when you are on the browser while editing the trip.

If you are still having an issue, please let us know.

    Thank you.
