Number of Posts won't show all!

    I have 11 posts on by blog. I have set my Posts widget to show 20 posts max, saved the setting (several times) and still it only shows my last 10 posts, the last post (No.11) remains missing. Why won’t it show in my posts list although I’ve set it to show all 11? Please help – thanks!
