'Number of posts to show' not working…

Hello – I hope someone can help…

I’m using this plugin to pull in recent posts onto my homepage here: https://www.healthwatchleicester.co.uk/newwebsite/ You can see them about halfway down.

I have it set to only display 4 posts at one time but it seems to be showing 10. My main WordPress setting is set to 10 – so it seems its conflicting with this.

I’d like my main news page to only show ten per page which it is – But I thought this plugin would override this on the homepage and only show 4?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
