Number of posts to display in category and tag pages

Is there a way I can choose the number of entries to be displayed on the category and tag pages? The Reading Settings allows to set the number of posts to display which is set for all the pages the home page, category page, search and tag archives.
I want to fine tune the number of entries displayed for each of the them.
