Number of Orders in Admin

    Hello,

    Iam wondering how to increase the amount of Orders shown in Admin.

    Right now, i can only select 20 at a time and select “download pdf invoice” from the mass edit dropdown. I would need this to be set at 100 or more so i wouldnt need to export the invoices 50 times and split at 20 orders everytime.

  • Hello @mrkoq,

    It is possible to adjust the number of items per page in the admin. Go to the Orders list and click the Screen Options tab in the top right. You’ll see a field here where you can set the number of items to show per page. You can increase that and click the apply button.

    You might try 50 or 100 and see how that works for you. Setting it too high can cause trouble or a slow system.

    Hey, i cant find it in my admin.

    Its simply not there, latest version.

    It should be available on pages, posts, and products. If you don’t see it, it’s possible that the web host has disabled this feature. Having a larger list takes more server resources.

    See if they have disabled this and can turn it back on for you It’s been part of the WordPress/WooCommerce core for many years now.
