• Hi,
    We use CFDB7 with the “Already Submitted?” add-on.
    The scenario is: if you type an email that is already submitted, you cannot submit again.

    We exported the CSV file and we noticed that there are some entry numbers missing. For example, we have:
    49
    50
    58
    59
    60

    We are about to give the data to our customer who conducted a contest via a Contact Form 7 form and they need to know why there are some numbers missing.
    Why 51-57 are missing? Are they failed submissions?
    We need to know as soon as possible so we can explain the reasons to our customer.

    By the way, great job and idea.
    Here are the plugins installed:

    • Contact Form CFDB7 / Version 1.2.4.8
    • CFDB7 Unique / Version 1.0.4
    • Contact Form 7 / Version 5.1.6
    • Redirection for Contact Form 7 / Version 1.3.5

    We use the latest version of Avada theme.
