Number of comments notification is wrong

    Hi @calisun,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active on your server e.g. Varnish cache, Memcached or CloudFlare?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.

    I use W3 Total Cache.
    I don’t see an option/ or don’t know how to, exclude pages.
    I did purge all cache, but did not see any change.
