number fields not showing on basket or cart

Added 4 number fields for user to enter based on a conditional yes/no (e.g. do you want to add 4 bits of info – yes/no)

If they answer yes shows the 4xfields. All works but the details (numbers x4) do NOT show on the basket or checkout pages only the conditional yes no? E.g. they answered Yes they do want to enter 4 bits of info…
