number field up and down arrow not showing

I see that you have added a Phone field in the form. The up-down arrow functionality is provided with the Number field. Please try adding a Number field instead of Phone field, I hope that helps.

actually, i set the number filed in next page of the form(in front page just for preliminary data ).it not showing the up down arrow .
and I set a staging site with this link

I’ve visited the staging form and the arrows are there when I’m checking in Firefox browser. In Chrome they should be invisible until you hover over/give focus to the field – they should show up then.

I can see they don’t show up in case of your site but that seems to be related to other aspects of the site, most likely the theme that also introduces some CSS/JS related to forms, causing slight conflict.

Unfortunately, the theme that you are using is a premium theme and I don’t have access to it to test it on my end but since you have a staging site you could test it there: try switching to Twenty Twenty-One theme, clear all caches and see if the arrows are showing up then.

If they do, we got confirmation and we could then “dig deeper” to find out why it’s happening.
