Number Counter not “counting”

Having recently purchased the Counter Numbers Pro plugin, I found issues with the functionality.

For reference, Design 13 was selected?from the plugin with 4 columns to represent data to our clients.?

Only one of the counters (counter tile 1) is actually “counting” whilst the other 3 remain at the final number.

I have made sure that the other 3 columns are set up in the same way as the one that works, but still doesn’t work. 

Please can someone from your team get back to me as soon as possible and help me with this issue.
