Number appears in the title

    Hello Developers!
    Professional Greetings

    After the recent updates, i have encounter a problem i.e. some number appears in the title where special characters are used for eg.

    21 Thing You Didn’t Know About Hard drives (This is the original Titles)
    it appears to be something like
    21 Things You Did’t Know About Hard drives (& # 8217 appear)

    All the titles where special characters are used appeared wrong while sharing to Facebook/Twitter.
