Number Added To Cloaked URL

    This is WordPress detecting a slug conflict so it adds a digit to indicate that it’s the second post object in the system with this slug.

    Post objects can be anything from blog posts to products to affiliate links to media objects (this is the most common culprit).

    If there’s no blog posts or anything with the same slug, try and see if you have uploaded an image where the slug you’re trying to use that matches the image file name.

    If you delete that image from the system and reupload it with a different name you should be able to then use the slug in your affiliate link instead.
