Thank you for your time for leaving us your feedback. It is greatly appreciated.
It is just really sad and unfair to leave us a one-star review before ever reaching out to us and while we are in beta.
However, (as you have seen when using our plugin and platform) our plugin and platform are in English only and the reason behind it is that we don’t offer support for other languages (at this moment).
Since I would love to understand your one-star review and how we can improve, I have used Google translate to try and understand your comments and this is what it came to:
First comment:
The first week of use, no worries. Then it goes with between 5 and 25 publications per hour, sometimes 10 publications at the same time. TWitter results and Facebook blocked. It is certainly not them who will compensate you for the shortfall. To strongly advise against
Second comment:
For information, the publication number was blocked at 2 per day
As you can see Google translate is limited and it looks like something got lost in the translation.
By your own words: The first week of use, no worries. and yet you gave us a one-star review, why is that?
Upon further reading, it looks to me that there were some issues after that first week of use and most likely caused by your settings. If you were confused with the settings or why suddenly something got posted 5 or 25 times per hour, that is what the support forum is and me:-) to help you out with any issues you might have.
Also, what do you mean by “publications”? Are you referring to social messages here?
I don’t understand what do you mean by “compensate”, too, as we are in beta now and completely free to use plus nothing is blocked at 2 per day by Social Web Suite (as it is unclear to what are you referring here, too).
In regards to Twitter results and Facebook blocked if you are referring to social analytics it clearly says that they are coming soon (they are not blocked, those are features we are adding soon).
After reading everything it looks to me that there is a language barrier in play here and I am sorry for any misunderstandings.
However, that is not the reason to leave a one-star review, not to mention, even without ever contacting us first or opening a support ticket here.
I am so sorry that it didn’t work out and I understand that Social Web Suite is not for everyone.
