I saw the problem with the 10 orders, now I’m only getting 100 orders at a time. I have just been sitting here clicking each time the 100 are done and doing another batch of 100. I would like to be able to use this to delete orders on a staging site so that I can share it with support desk helpers, but having to do this each time I create one is too time consuming. Do you have any suggestions? Only takes about 5-10 seconds to delete the 100 and it immediately goes back to the page to nuke them, no signs of a time out. I’m using WP 4.9.2, woo 3.4 and flatsome theme 3.5.3.

  • Hi @eftcolumbus, that means there must be some caching that’s not allowing our Plugin to query how many Orders are left to be deleted. Can you turn off any caching Plugins you have activated and let me know if this persists.

Same Issue here. Even if i deactivate all Caching and security Plugins.

I can’t test it because I needed to delete all the orders that day so I just sat there and deleted them 100 at a time until they were deleted. However @medienvirus does seem to have tested and had same problem, unusual that he would come to post that within 24 hours of my posting.

i’ve got this issue as well, when trying to delete orders between a date range. it says its complete but only deletes 100 orders.

i’ve disabled cloudflare and wpfc caching but nothing

@visser why would caching matter here, other than object caching? I’m having the same issue, where only 100 items are deleted per run, and when the run is over, the plugin page still shows the number of items before the run, only to be corrected when I reload the page.

Same here. Have disabled cache still only 100 a time.

    Same issue here

Thanks for your patience everyone, please update to the 2.0 Plugin release.

I had some time today to pull that process apart and noticed I was incorrectly resetting the WordPress cache that holds the Order counts which was triggering the nuke process to think it was stuck in a loop and abort. Give it a go next time and let me know if this persists ??
