Hi I need to delete my orders up through a few days ago since I need to share my staging site with a plugin author and I need to protect my customer data.

I had previously used the plugin and it only let me delete a 1000 at a time. This is a new instance and I have installed it fresh today and now after specifying the date range, it takes me to the page telling me what’s happening behind the scenes and after about 15-20 seconds it just takes me back to the page where you specify what you want to nuke. There is no “continue” option, it’s like nothing has happened. All orders are still there.

I then tried it again choosing a subsection of orders that had 200 orders in it, thinking it maybe had to do with the number of orders I was trying to delete, but the same thing happened.

I’m running the latest version of both WordPress and woocommerce and Flatsome theme.

    Thanks.

edit: meant to say only let me delete 100 at a time

Thanks for your patience @eftcolumbus, please update to the 2.0 Plugin release. I had some time today to pull that process apart and noticed I was incorrectly resetting the WordPress cache that holds the Order counts which was triggering the nuke process to think it was stuck in a loop and abort. Give it a go next time and let me know if this persists ??

Thank you, I did a test and yes they did all delete, I still got a 504 Server Timeout, but when I checked the orders I could tell about 3,000 had been deleted without having to delete in batches, which is great. Will test again when I need it to confirm it still works a second time and if so will donate, as this is useful for me at least every other month. Thanks.

That’s as good as it gets, yes it will timeout but often times the process continues running long after the browser session is terminated.
