• I was wondering if anyone has, or will in the near future, be creating an import script that actually works for Nucleus to WordPress? It seems every other major blog software has one except Nuke.

The reason im trying to move to WordPress is it has several plugins and WYSIWYG features that I need for my blog. Nucleus does not have those plugins and I feel it would enhance the user experience enough to merit the move.

I have tried RSS import, but because I have so many Nucleus posts it times out and fails to import correctly. Even so, the posts are all imported rather poorly, with images, titles, slugs and urls all missing.

Alternately, I would leave my Nucleus blog as an “archive” and move the blog to wordpress anew. Does anyone know how to keep their Nucleus blogs running in the same directory as an archive? I want to run my WP blog from https://the-deli.org, which is where my Nucleus settup is right now, my WP right now is in a subfolder. I don’t want to lose all of my old links as people still visit them.

Im up for paying someone a small amount [im a student, go easy!] if they would be willing to export my blog to wordpress.

Right now it looks like I’ll be manually copy and pasting hundreds of items….which is no fun.

Even after I have done that, how would I go about redirecting people hitting up my Nucleus URLs to the new pages for them?
