When Wordfence is deactivated, the NS Cloner appears to work fine, I have made multiple clones. Granted this is in a dev environment with zero content and very limited testing.

When Wordfence is active, the plugin UI presents, but the clone button says “Submit” and is unactionable. None of the UI accordions work either. Obviously, no clone is made, and no errors are presented on either plugin.

I could find nothing in either support forum and I thought before I went digging I would ask if this had been reported before, and what the resolution was.

Semi-Disregard: The actual culprit now appears to be filebird-wordpress-media-folders. The version we were using was network deactivated from the dashboard but in fact, it did not deactivate. This gave the appearance that the only other active plugin (Wordfence) was in conflict. A WPCLI deactivation was required to dislodge Filebird.

As far a the actual issue above, I think NS Clone was operating normally but there is something going on with the 3.1.1 version of the Firebird-Media-Folders’ ajax implementation that jammed up the NS Clone user interactions. Short version: I don’t think there is anything for you to do.

    Your mileage may vary.
