  • @dlnsf — Thanks for using nRelate on your site. This sounds like a browser cache issue. Can you please try clearing out your browser cache and let us know if you are able to see the changes for the correct “You May Also Like” title after that? You can also test this by visiting your site in a different browser instead of the one you usually use.

If you’re still having issues, please let us know your site URL so we can take a closer look. You can also email [email protected] if you don’t want to link to your site on this forum.

Thanks, Katrina – I tried clearing the browser cache, using different browsers and even different computers. I also tried disabling, uninstalling and re-installing the most-related plugin – same problem.

I sent an email to [email protected] with a link to an example from my site.

Also, I’m able to update the CSS for the plugin – I can change the thumbnail style, but for some reason the title text still does not change…

    Thanks!

@dlnsf — We cleared plugin cache for you on our end. How does everything look for now?

@katrina – yes! It’s working now! Is there a way for me to do this on my own in the future if there are problems?

@dlnsf — When you make changes to your settings, cache should refresh automatically. We’re looking into why this isn’t happening and are working on fixing it on our end so it shouldn’t happen again.
