  • @lego74 — Thanks for installing nRelate on your site. I took a look and I actually don’t see an install for your site in our database even though I do see our plugin code in your page source. This looks like a server communications error – can you please try completely uninstalling then reinstalling the plugin and let us know how it works for you?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but there is the same problem.
I inserted the code into single.pnp at the bottom of post.
I also tried to setting “Top of post (Automatic)” or “Bottom of post (Automatic)”.

    Thanks
    Bye

@legoc64 — Thanks for trying that. We still cannot find an install for your site in our database, so it does look like a communications error between our servers and yours. Do you run any extra security plugins or have any special permissions set that would prohibit us from contacting your site?

That, or is it possible that you installed the plugin using a different URL?

I tried to deactivate the security plugin “Better WP Security”, but there is the same problem.

@legoc64 — Ok, I took another look and I see Related Content up and running on the Italian version of your site: https://bit.ly/1fDav0Z. It looks good. Related Content is also up and running now on the English version: https://bit.ly/1bqrWpH

How does everything look on your end now?

OK, but is possible to display related content in English language for the translated version of my site?
I am using WPML plugin for this.

    Thanks
    Bye

@legoc64 — Unfortunately we aren’t compatible with WPML just yet. Our tech team is working on WPML compatibility and we can let you know once this is ready.

Hello, I just installed nrelate related posts and it is not showing up..

Like the OP I have selected single posts from admin and also put the php code in after the loop on my page.

We do use W3 for caching which I did follow and apply the additional steps to not minify the nrelate .js

I did not show up then still. I now have the cache plugin disabled and it is still not showing. Could you help advise please.

@jnnynkdcelebs — Can you please let us know your site’s URL so we can take a look at the issue for you? You can also email [email protected] if you’d prefer not to link to your site on this forum.

    Hi guys,

I wrote to the email you gave me hours ago.. still no response?

@jnnynkdcelebs — Sorry for the delay. We see your email now and we’re working on a fix for your site.

    Hi guys,

    Any luck? Just following up.

@jnnynkdcelebs — Related Content is up and running on your site now and it looks good. Once you select a placement option (automatic or manual) for Most Popular that should start to show on your site as well.

    Hi Katrina,

Same problem for me (genesis theme) over at insidethevatican.com. Inserting code via simple hooks and have tried several places. The placeholder text is in the source code and the site is indexed properly, but nothing showing up.

@parttimemonk — Thanks for using nRelate on your site. We fixed the issue with Most Popular for you on our end and I now see both Related Content and Most Popular up and running on your site.

How does everything look for you now?

    – Katrina @ nRelate
