    Hi,

I would like to have a simple NPS (Net Promoter Score) they look like this. They usually are on every survey builder I have ever worked with. Weird this doesn’t have one.

You can use a slider, but it does not look nice. It also tragically has zero logic you can apply to it.

You can apply logic to the one I built on the landing page above. With buttons Except instead of showing it as an ascending list, it shows it as staggered, making the answering confusing for the reading. It creates two lines of text.

So in conclusion the problem is the lack of a NPS with logic capabilities.

    Why I need Logic.
    – Ask users who are not happy with my business “why?”
    – Ask users who are happy with my business “why?”
    – redirect users who gave us a good NPS to leave a Google review.
    – redirect users who gave us a bad NPS to email us to further talk about why and possibly rectify.

    ——————————–

    Solutions
    – How can I make my current solution location on the webpage look better. Choices in a row from worst to best with only line of text.

    – You add a NPS survey option with Logic.

    – Add logic to Sliders with better customization to resemble a NPS.

    Thanks,

    Tony

    Dear @tonybaloney44,

    Thank you for the topic.

At the moment, unfortunately, there is no such feature available for usage.

By the way, thanks a lot for your suggestion.
I am glad to inform you that we already have this feature in our roadmap.

Please clarify the part of your request connected to Logic, so that we can check your suggestion when considering this feature for one of the future updates of the plugin.

    Thank you.

    NPS Connected to Logic.

The leading survey makers all have logic connected to NPS.

The least amount of questions the better. So If you answered 10/10 for NPS I don’t want to ask “what you hate about us?” I want to ask “what did you like about us?”

If you answered on the NPS 1/10 I want to ask “What do you hate about us?” and not “what did you like about us?”

I also want to redirect people who scored high on the NPS to leave a review. So there needs to be logic there. Redirect people who left a low NPS to reach out and contact us. (At the end of the survey).

    Pretty standard stuff.

    ——————-

Looking forward to this, hopefully it doesn’t take too long.

I want reports to look like this https://giovannycifuentes.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/nps-1100×701.png

Group customers into 3 areas, thats all the logic needs. Everyone agrees 9 & 10 is one group. 7 & 8 are one group. and 1- 6 is one group. Thats the only logic containers; 3 preset groups.

Please make the NPS Look nice too. Its all about how it looks too. Nice smile with colour emojis. Emojis matter a lot. Get inspiration.

I used your survey about 2 years ago, I haven’t seen any actual changes and new offerings I hope you aren’t just pretending new services are being added.

Its a bit of a red flag considering your whole software is based around surveys. You would think you would know about NPS and not be so behind. Not consider adding logic to the slider as a short term fix.

Is there a time table? what are some new recent additions to your survey software in the last years?

    Thanks
